I took this short video on the 30th September 2018 on an intertidal mud/sand flat in the Solent. It shows an Arcuatula senhousia (Asian date mussel) actively pumping, as evidenced by the movement of sand grains on the surface of the water.

23rd July 2020 - Leathery sea-squirt were to be found too, this one adorned with a good epiphytic growth of red algae.
