With classes starting up, it can be easy to lose track of things. Writing up task lists can help you structure things out 🗒️

Unfortunately, we're saying goodbye to the WhatsUp App this month !

We would like to say thank you to all current and former users of the WhatsUp app and we hope the help and guidance we’ve provided through the app over the years has been helpful.

The usage of WhatsUp by our students has been dropping over time, and based on the feedback we’ve received and with better alternatives for support now available, we're saying goodbye to the Whatsup app.

The app will be closing on Friday 29 September 2023 and is the last day you'll be able to contact us via this method. Any new users are on hold and will not be added into the app.

However you can still contact us directly for Advice Sessions either in person, over video call or by phone by calling +44 (0)23 9284 3466 during working hours or you can register for support with us directly.

We also have lots of other wellbeing resources and sources of support available via the MyPort student website (Search 'wellbeing' on MyPort).

We know the end of the WhatsUp app might be disappointing for some of you who've found it helpful. But we’re still here to support you, via lots of other means.

With our best wishes,
The Student Wellbeing Service team
