Today I’m at Ditcham Park School teaching singing. One of the things I love about my job is the variety it offers. Today I’ll be teaching 7-15 year olds, tomorrow, MMus Performance students at Music at Southampton in their early 20s. Working with people of all ages and all backgrounds has taught me so much, I feel so lucky that this is my job! 🥰

🚨 A brand new youth orchestra is starting in Havant in January 2024!
Fortnightly rehearsals start at the Pallant Centre, Havant PO9 1BE, on Sundays from 16:00 to 19:00.
Open to students in full-time education who are Grade 6 and above.

On the coldest day so far, while I was scraping the frost off my car, I was singing this song to myself. So, when I arrived at Hindhead Music Centre, I took the opportunity while my room was warming up to have a little sing of it again - one of my favorite songs for Christmas, with a hidden tragic story about the lyrics. Google it, and you'll see what I mean!
