🌟 DAY 1 COMPLETE! 🌟

What a brilliant first day we’ve had at PGL! 🙌

After arriving and getting settled in, the children have had a packed afternoon and evening, including a trip down to the beach 🌊, taking on the Giant Swing 😱, having a go at Aero Ball 🏀 and finishing the day with some brilliant PGL evening games! 🎯

There have been lots of smiles, laughter and encouragement for one another along the way. 💙

We’re now winding down and getting ready for bed after a very busy first day! 😴 Everyone is looking forward to seeing what Day 2 has in store for us tomorrow!

🌙 Goodnight from PGL!

🦆 Quack quack! 🦆

We have some very exciting news. Please give a big welcome to the newest members of our school family: Dennis, Martin and Dave! 💛

Our three feathered friends have settled into their new home in the Nature Nook, and they're already getting used to all the attention. They'll be helping us learn about caring for animals, kindness and the great outdoors.

We can't wait for the children to meet them. Keep an eye on our page for photos and updates! 🦆

💛 We’re taking part in Hello Yellow this Friday! 💛

To mark World Mental Health Day, we’re joining the campaign to show young people that they’re not alone and that mental health matters.

🌟 Wear something yellow this Friday and help us spread a little sunshine and start conversations about mental health.

If you’d like to support the cause, you can also make a donation using the link below:

Wear it loud. Wear it proud. Take part with thousands of schools wearing yellow this World Mental Health Day and raise money to show young people that they're not alone with their mental health. Because we stand brighter, together.

Home Sweet Home!

Our Year R children have loved the launch of our new theme this week and have fully immersed themselves into the traditional tale of ‘The Three Little Pigs’.

As a Friday treat we all gathered around the Nature Nook fire pit to retell the story together. We were joined by the 3 Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf who disguised themselves as our teachers! We can’t wait for more fun, active learning next week.

Remember, if you build a house, it must be safe and strong!

😊🌍 Happy World Smile Day! 🌍😊

Today is all about celebrating the little things that make us smile — and we had a very special reason to smile in school! 💛

Mrs Wilden was absolutely delighted to receive the most thoughtful little gift from a wonderful child in Year R. 🎁🥰 It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and it really did make her smile!

Keep smiling, keep being kind, and keep spreading happiness! 🌈✨
