The rent is £470 Per month per room only one person per room.
The Bills that are included are Gas, Electric, Water, Sewage and Broadband,
the TV license is not included.

Each bedroom has an ottoman bed this gives lots of under bed storage, a study desk, office chair,
bedside cabinet and either a wardrobe and chest of drawers or a triple wardrobe.

Each student has the use of all common areas.

The Kitchen this has a Fridge/Freezer plus another Fridge, Washing machine, electric Oven and Hob, and Microwave/airfryer.
Each student gets the use of half a fridge plus a drawer in the freezer, and use of a kitchen unit drawer, a top and bottom cupboard.

The Shower room plus second loo.

The dining/sitting room situated on the first floor.

The small sunny back garden with a washing line plus
a back porch which has a washing line that is useful for drying washing too.

There is also an electric airer for clothes drying.

Each student will be given a soft terry fabric Waterproof mattress proctor at the beginning of their tenancy which they will be expect to use for the duration of the tenancy.

There is a large supermarket, pubs and takeaways within easy walking distance , and local shops a couple of minutes away.

The house is in a quiet area of Portsmouth.

There are green open recreational areas near by.
