Self-employed tutors wanted | Conexus Tuition Medway
I’m looking for qualified teachers to join me in delivering small-group and one-to-one tuition in person across Medway and Maidstone.
For me, good tuition starts with a relationship. A child needs to feel safe enough to ask a question, have a go and get something wrong. I want tutors who take the time to understand the young person in front of them, build trust and help them leave a session believing they can make progress.
We work with primary and secondary pupils, including learners preparing for GCSEs and Functional Skills and children with SEND or EOTAS provision. Some need help filling gaps in their learning; others need someone who can adapt, listen and find a way in when education has been difficult.
You’ll be a qualified teacher who can plan engaging sessions, manage a small group warmly and confidently, and work well one to one. Safeguarding, reliability and clear communication with families matter enormously. Experience with SEND is welcome, especially if you’re comfortable adapting your approach to each learner.
This is self-employed, in-person work with opportunities for both small-group and one-to-one tuition.
