Despite the wet weather, we have had a fantastic day at camp! The children have shown excellent teamwork throughout the day, supporting and encouraging one another during all of the activities.
We are now enjoying a camp disco before heading back for a hot chocolate and settling down for the night. After such a fun-filled day, everyone is sure to sleep well tonight!

We are incredibly proud to announce that our school has achieved the Gold School Games Mark for the 5th year running! ๐
This fantastic achievement recognises our continued commitment to providing high-quality sporting opportunities, promoting physical activity, and encouraging all students to participate and succeed in sport.
Even more exciting, reaching this milestone means we are now eligible to apply for the Platinum School Games Mark โ the highest award possible! โญ
A huge thank you to our dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, supportive families, and community partners who have helped make this possible. We look forward to continuing our sporting journey and aiming for Platinum! ๐ช๐

Year 1 are busy preparing for the phonics checks this week! They are enjoying playing games, going on word hunts and reading their letters from the alien visitors!
Please make sure to keep reading your children's books and phonics packs with them at home. Perhaps your children could also teach you one of the phonics games we play in school?

Activity Week has gotten off to a fantastic start!
Yesterday, the children enjoyed an exciting day of Forest School activities followed by a film. Before she left, Miss Moore transformed Sycamore Class into a cosy cinema experience, complete with special tickets for the children to enter the 'school cinema'.
Today, the fun continued with a trip to the bowling alley. The children showed great enthusiasm and determination, making sure they beat Mr Cosgrove! Everyone has had a wonderful time ๐

Good morning from camp!
Despite a few reminders that bedtime is for sleeping rather than chatting, the children have had a settled night. Some were up bright and early, while others needed a little encouragement to get going, but everyone has woken up happy, refreshed, and excited for another day of activities.
The first stop of the day: breakfast!
