On Tuesday, over 600 educators from across the Craigavon Area Learning Community (CALC) gathered at St. Ronan’s College for an aligned Staff Development Day.
It was an inspiring day dedicated to exploring the latest developments in educational research, celebrating exceptional classroom practice, and strengthening cross-school collaboration.

𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: A valuable space for colleagues across schools to connect, reflect, and share practical strategies to take back to their classrooms.
An event of this scale would not have been possible without the dedication, expertise, and energy of everyone who presented, organised, and participated. Special thanks to St. Ronan’s College for being fantastic hosts.
