⏰ IMPORTANT: Autumn Term Funding Deadline

Does your child start with us during the Autumn Term (1st September – 31st December)? If you're planning to claim government funded hours, there's a deadline you need to know about.

Your funding code must be activated by 31st August 2026 to be valid for the Autumn Term. This applies whether your child is joining us or any other setting the deadline is set by the government, not by individual nurseries and schools.
You'll need this activated code to complete your Dorset Council funding agreement form with us.

What to do:
🔹 Check and activate your code at gov.uk/childcare-calculator (or via your existing childcare account)
🔹 This is managed entirely through the government's system — activation and any issues with your account are their responsibility, not your provider's
🔹 Once activated, bring your code to us so we can complete your funding agreement

Running close to the deadline or had issues activating your code? Don't leave it too late; get in touch with the government's helpline directly, as providers aren't able to activate or troubleshoot codes on your behalf.

Looking back on a wonderful Celebration Day as we reflect at the end of another fantastic academic year at Yarrells.

A wonderful Yarrells memory from 2012! 🔥

Today we’re looking back at the day the Olympic Flame passed through Yarrells as part of the London 2012 Torch Relay.

It was a fantastic experience for our pupils, who joined in the excitement as the flame made its journey through the local community on its way to the Olympic Games. A truly memorable day and one that many of our former pupils will remember fondly.
