Our instructor Claire has over 20 years experience and currently offers a veriety of YMCA awards:

➡️ Level 2 Award in Gym Instructing
➡️ Level 3 Award in Personal Training
➡️ Level 3 Award in Nutrition
➡️ Level 3 Award in Exercise Referral
➡️ Sports Conditioning
➡️ Circuits
➡️ Kettlebells

With new opportunities in the pipeline for the next academic year.

Skill Development 🏸

Learner's apply their theoretical learning to the court as they develop a number of tactical and technical skills within badminton.

As the term continues, these skills will be analysed, and a development plan will be created to improve skills!
