A huge well done to Olly! 👏📚

He has worked so hard to master his phonics, and it’s been amazing to see his confidence grow. He is now blending words confidently and really enjoying showing off what he knows! 🥰

In fact, he loves phonics so much that he now likes to test me on my phonics knowledge too! 😂🙈

Libby has been making fantastic progress with her reading! She has worked so hard on developing her fluency, and it’s brilliant to see how much more confidently she is approaching texts. 💙

We’re now taking her reading skills to the next level by learning how to analyse language choices and explore the structure of a text — important skills that will really help her to become a more confident and thoughtful reader.

Well done, Libby! Your hard work is really paying off! 🌟📖

☀️ Summer learning fun with siblings Tommy and Lyla! ☀️

Today we enjoyed a joint lesson, starting with our early reading skills and recapping our phonics before moving on to maths. We worked on recognising numbers and learning the concepts of one more and one less.

Both children showed fantastic engagement and enthusiasm throughout the session. Well done, Tommy and Lyla – you both worked so hard today! 🌟📚🔢

We worked on money and adding decimals through a Sonic-themed lesson, combining maths with one of his favourite interests.

This is what's great about 1:1 tutoring – learning can be tailored to each child's interests, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and make great progress.

We’ve been using sensory play to explore our letters and sounds today. Keeping things fun really helps those early phonics basics stick, and it’s much more exciting for the little ones too.
