We have been very busy for Easter 🐣

We have been making nest cakes, held our Easter bonnet competition, entered a giant Easter crafting competition with Statfold, egg hunts and this morning we have been to visit Father Philip at the Abbey for a wonderful discussion about Easter with the children.

Last week some of our Swans had a little adventure on the bus on their way to visit Standon House Care Home 🏡 all of the children, the residents and staff had a wonderful time ❤ Arts and crafts, singing and lots of happy faces all around 😁 we can't wait to come back for another visit soon!

We have had a wonderful day today, celebrating Chinese/Lunar New Year! We have eaten Chinese food, used chopsticks and had lots of sensory play with noodles. The children have loved making lanterns and they were very interested in our circle time discussions about Chinese/Lunar New Year and the year of the snake 🐍
