Explore a Story this morning! We had a wonderful time reading Grey in celebration of World Mental Health Day which is taking place tomorrow. We were also exploring lots of activities focused on feelings, wellbeing, and self-expression.

We enjoyed:

📖 Sharing Grey and exploring other mental health themed books together
🌈 Creating colourful collage rainbows
💜 Exploring a lavender sensory bin
✨ Visiting our affirmation station and sharing kind words
🎨 Getting creative with colouring activities
🧱 Building and balancing with foam stacking blocks
