What an afternooooooon! 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, volunteered, donated, bought raffle tickets, played games, supported stalls and helped make our Summer Fayre such a success.

The PTFA is a small team of volunteers with full-time jobs, busy family lives and countless other commitments, but we all share one goal: giving back to our school community. We'd also like to thank our own families and children, who support us behind the scenes and understand why we do what we do.

Thank you to our PTFA & School Leadership teams and school staff for always supporting our ideas and helping turn them into reality. Three Widey cheers for the staff who gave up their time to help on the day; after already working hard all week.

A huge hug to every stallholder who brought their energy, enthusiasm and fantastic products.

And finally, thank you to our incredible Widey Court families. Your support never goes unnoticed. Together, we've shown once again what a brilliant school community can achieve.

We are so proud of our KS2 Brickfields athletic team today! Plentiful wins and very close seconds and thirds! Thank you Mr Miles and Mrs Hewins for organising and taking the children and to Molly and Harry’s mum too for helping! We are so proud you! 🌟🌟🌟

Isabelle, Jacob amd Esme represented Widey Court at the Connect Swimming Gala at Preston School this morning and we are so proud to say that they won the competition! We are so very proud of them! Well done team! 🏊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🌟

KS1 Sports Day postponed tomorrow‼️☔️🌧️
Due to the inclement weather, we have decided to postpone KS1 Sports Day tomorrow. We will let you know the reserve date ASAP and keep you up to date with Wednesday’s KS2 Sports Day by the end of tomorrow and Thursday’s EYFS Sports Day by the end of Wednesday. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Congratulations to our Schools’ Challenge runners today! Thank you Mr Miles for organising the event, to the staff who supported and ran with your children today and to all our family supporters too! Please wear your medals with pride tomorrow! 🌟🌟🌟🌟💚
