A huge thank you to the Year 5 teams from our local primary schools for bringing their students to Plympton Academy this week for our taster sessions!
Over the course of the week, pupils have enjoyed a wide variety of activities, from meeting Gangsta Granny and becoming detectives, to taking part in science investigations and building towers. It has been a fantastic opportunity to give them a little taste of what it's like to be part of the Plympton Academy community.
We have loved welcoming so many enthusiastic young learners to the academy and hope they enjoyed their visit as much as we enjoyed having them here!
We look forward to welcoming the final schools joining us over the next two weeks.

π Well done to academy students Elena (Year 7) and Bella (Year 10) on their recent success at the National Competition for All Star Cheer at the Birmingham NEC.
Their team brought home two Silver National Champion banners and one Bronze National Champion banner. Two of their routines also hit zero, meaning they were performed with no mistakes!
A great achievement β congratulations to both !
