What experience do I have?
- I have been a Secondary English teacher for over ten years and have taught in both Comprehensive and Independent Schools
- I have worked as an Examiner and Team Leader for AQA, marking and moderating AS Level English Literature papers and have an in depth knowledge of the examination process.
- I have tutored children of all ages.

I am available for one to one tutoring throughout the month of July if anyone needs some extra English sessions for their child. Available from the hours of 9am until 4pm each day. Experienced English teacher and tutor (nearly 20 years), I charge £40 an hour. Thanks

The English Clinic Face to Face Creative Writing and Comprehension workshops are back by popular demand!
Dates:
Year 3 and 4:
Two day course - £60 for two sessions (price per child, max 5 children)
July 12th and 13th 9.30am to 10.30am
July 19th and 20th 9.30am to 10.30am

Year 5 and 6:
Two day course - £60 for two sessions (price per child, max 5 children)
July 12th and 13th 11am to 12pm
July 19th and 20th 11am to 12pm

Venue - my house in Pinner Village. If the weather is nice we will sit outside, but if it’s raining we will be in a well-ventilated kitchen. I have been double vaccinated and will test myself at the beginning of each week.

Each course will contain a comprehension and we will plan and write a piece of creative writing. Lots of discussion, exam tips and working under timed conditions. Run by experienced English teacher (nearly 20 years).

My Year 3&4 Creative Writing Workshop is happening this Saturday from 10am to 10.30am. We will be creating Fairy tale settings. Max 10 children, on Zoom, £8 per child including a marked homework! Taught by experienced English Teacher.
