As a Yoga Mentor and senior teacher I am offering workshops and trainings across Europe. This is a platform to stay connected with the people I work with.

When was the last time someone held space for you?

As yoga teachers, we spend so much of our time supporting others that it's easy to forget we need support too.

Whether you've been teaching for six months or ten years, there often comes a point where you find yourself searching for more—more authenticity, more inspiration, more confidence, or simply a space where you don't have to be the one holding everything together.

The REbalance Yoga Mentorship Programme is about much more than refining your teaching. It's about supporting the human being within the teacher.

Together we'll explore teaching methodology, hands-on assists, feedback, embodiment, and authentic voice. But equally importantly, we'll create space to reflect, reconnect with your own practice, and rediscover what first inspired you to teach.

The programme is open to qualified yoga teachers from all traditions.

There are just a few spaces remaining, and I'd love to welcome you.

There is now just one place remaining on this year's 200-Hour REbalance Yoga Teacher Training.

If you've been considering joining us, now is the time to take a closer look.

This training is for those who want to teach from a place of embodied presence, deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the postures, and develop the confidence to hold space with authenticity and skill.

Our small group size allows for individual attention, meaningful feedback and plenty of practical experience throughout the programme. The training is also supported by Senior Yoga Teacher and Energy Healer Emma Elliott, whose warmth, experience and presence bring an additional depth to the learning environment.

If this feels like the right next step in your journey, we'd love to welcome you.

One of the questions I've been asked recently is:

"What is the difference between the REbalance Foundation, the Mentorship Programme and the 300-Hour Training?"

Although they complement one another, each has a very different intention.

The REbalance 200-Hour Foundation is for those who want to become yoga teachers or deepen their understanding of yoga, anatomy, embodiment and the mind-body connection. It provides the foundations for teaching with confidence and integrity.

The Mentorship Programme is for qualified yoga teachers who want to continue evolving their teaching. Rather than learning more postures, the focus is on refining your teaching. Together we explore teaching skills, hands-on assists, reading bodies, finding your authentic voice, receiving individual feedback, and developing the confidence to teach from your own embodied experience.

The REbalance 300-Hour Training has a different emphasis altogether. It is rooted in body psychotherapy and is designed for those who want to deepen their own emotional process and embodied self-awareness. Rather than focusing on teaching skills, it invites a profound exploration of yourself through the body.

None of these programmes is "better" than another. They simply serve different purposes and meet people at different stages of their journey.

If you've been wondering which programme might be the right fit for you, I'm always happy to have a conversation.

Who is the REbalance Mentorship Programme for?

Over the years, I've found that the people who join rarely come because they want to collect another certificate.

They come because they want to keep growing.

Some have recently completed a yoga teacher training and are looking for support as they find their own voice.

Others have been teaching for years but feel ready to deepen their understanding of embodiment, the nervous system and holding space for others.

Some come because teaching can feel lonely, and they miss learning alongside like-minded teachers.

Others simply know there is another layer to explore, both personally and professionally.

If you recognise yourself in any of this, the Mentorship might be the next step.

The programme begins at the end of August, and there are three spaces remaining.

If you'd like to know more, I'd love to hear from you.

Teaching yoga asks something of us.

It asks us to be present, to stay in relationship, to navigate uncertainty, to hold space for others, and to continue learning about ourselves.

The REbalance Yoga Mentorship Programme was created to support qualified teachers in that ongoing process of development. Within a small, supportive group, we explore both the personal and professional aspects of teaching.

Together we explore:

• Embodiment practices
• Group process and relational dynamics
• Teaching skills and methodology
• Working with challenges that arise in teaching
• Authenticity and finding your own voice
• Giving and receiving feedback
• The relationship between personal development and teaching

The programme combines experiential learning, group process and teaching exploration, informed by both yoga and body psychotherapy.

The programme is suitable for qualified yoga teachers from any tradition who would like ongoing support, exploration and development.

The next programme begins at the end of August.

If this speaks to you, I would love to welcome you onto the programme.

Only 3 spaces left.

The next 200-Hour REbalance Foundation Yoga Teacher Training begins in September, and there are now only three places remaining.

This training is for those who want to deepen their relationship with themselves through yoga, embodiment, and contemporary Body Psychotherapy. Some people join because they want to teach. Others join because they want to understand themselves more deeply.

Over nine months, we explore yoga as more than a physical practice — as a way of developing self-awareness, resilience, authenticity, and connection.

If you've been considering joining us, now is the time to reach out.

I’m really pleased to be hosting a two-day CPD in Body Psychotherapy this August at the Huntingdon studio at Equilibrium, taught by Badger Brockwell.

Badger has been my supervisor for well over a decade, and his work has had a deep influence on how I understand and work with the body. This is a rare opportunity to experience his teaching in a small group setting.

The workshop is experiential, exploring the head, chest, and belly as key areas of embodied awareness. It’s suitable for those working with others, as well as anyone wanting to deepen their own embodied experience.

Places are limited and already filling up.

Booking is now open, with a super early-bird rate available.
