As another school year comes to an end, our Year 6 children have enjoyed a fantastic week of celebrations to mark the end of their primary school journey.
The festivities began on Monday with a special pizza and doughnut treat, giving everyone the chance to relax and celebrate together. On Tuesday, we welcomed parents and carers for a wonderful BBQ and presentation event. It was a lovely opportunity to reflect on the children's achievements and memories from their time at school. A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us and helped make the occasion so special.
The fun continued on Wednesday with an exciting water fight, which was a perfect way to cool off and create some lasting memories with friends. On Thursday, the children enjoyed a session on the Vivacity inflatables, bringing plenty of laughter, energy and enjoyment to the final week of celebrations.
We are incredibly proud of everything our Year 6 children have achieved during their time with us. They have grown into confident, caring and resilient young people, and we know they will continue to shine as they move on to secondary school.
We wish all of our wonderful Year 6 leavers the very best of luck for the future and every success in the next chapter of their educational journey. We will miss you all!

Our Sports Day on Thursday 9 July was a wonderful occasion for everyone involved. Despite the exceptionally warm weather, the children demonstrated outstanding enthusiasm, resilience and sportsmanship throughout the morning. From the sprint races to team challenges, every participant gave their very best, encouraging one another and embracing the spirit of friendly competition.
We were incredibly proud to see the children showing determination and perseverance while also celebrating each other's achievements. Their positive attitudes and energy shone through, making the day enjoyable for competitors, staff and spectators alike.
A particular highlight was the lunchtime family picnic, which provided a lovely opportunity for families to come together and enjoy spending time with one another. It was wonderful to see our school community gathering to share this special event and support the children.
Thank you to all the families who joined us and to the staff who helped make the day run so smoothly. Most importantly, congratulations to our fantastic children, who were truly brilliant and made Sports Day such a success despite the heat. We hope everyone enjoyed the day as much as we did!
