Today we gifted every child in Year 6 a leavers hoody, thanks to your help fundraising we’ve give the children something to remember their wonderful time here at STJHN. We wish all of Year 6 a fantastic last week at primary school before new adventures begin 🎉

What a wonderful day, thank you to everyone for coming and enjoying this day with us. We will update you all on Monday with how much we raised!! Thank you to the Staff at STJHN and volunteers to making this day work ☺️

☀️ With sunshine forecast, we’ll have plenty of shade, cool drinks and treats available throughout the day.

Tonight we held our AGM. Thank you to those that turned up to support us. The lead roles have remained the same. Our Chair is Sam Spencer, secretary is Siddiqa Raffiq and the treasurer is Beth with Wendy Plimley taking the lead support role to help pick up where one of us may need help.

We then have our committee members, some staying in from last year and we have added some lovely new faces. Our committee members are Gaile, Paul, Kcee, Emma and Kirsty.

The chair and treasurer report will be available on the school website, this shows our achievements from the last year and an overview of earnings and things we have been able to provide the school. We are very proud of the success of the first year of our PTFA and look forward to the year ahead where we can create fun for our children and raise valuable funds for our school.

Once again thank you to the school community, staff and children for supporting us. We look forward to seeing you all on Friday at sports day where we will be selling drinks and snacks.

Calling all local businesses, Can You please Help with a Prize for Our School Raffle?

We’re excited to be holding our first-ever Summer Raffle, which will be drawn on Saturday 12th July, and we would be incredibly grateful for your support in the form of a donated prize. All contributions—big or small—are hugely appreciated and will help us raise funds for vital resources, activities, and opportunities that directly benefit the children at our school.

Prizes can be anything from experience days and event tickets to hampers, gift vouchers, or products—whatever you feel able to give. Every prize will help make the raffle more exciting and ultimately more successful.

If you’re able to donate or would like to know more about how your support will be used, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d be delighted to involve you and are happy to acknowledge your generosity in our event communications.
