Koalas and Nighthawks were joined by lots of family members today for their 2CanLearn session. They spent the time making worry dolls from sticks and wool. Thank you to everyone that came into school today, some lessons are a lot smoother when you have a lot of extra pairs of hands!
The Giraffes and Iguanas that are on the residential this week have arrived at Grafham Water! Looks like perfect weather for their trip and they will soon be taking part in their first activity!

Jigsaws, junk modelling, football on the field and the parachute (and obviously the dressing up!) have all been big hits this week during our OPAL lunchtimes. Happy children, happy school 😀

Wonderful to see so many family members join our Year Five children for their space themed 2CanLearn session. The Jaguars and Nightingales worked alongside the adults to pick a planet to research and then create posters about.

Orton Wistow proudly attended the YDP Swimming Gala today, where they represented the school with fantastic effort, determination, and sportsmanship throughout. Every swimmer gave their all in each race, showing great teamwork and resilience. Their hard work truly paid off, as they achieved an impressive second-place finish overall. A brilliant performance from everyone involved—well done to the whole team!

A huge thank you to FOWS for raising the money to help school purchase the two new OPAL sheds. Without these storage units, it would be very hard to make the project work and we are getting excited about phase two!
