There’s nothing like the sensory delight of slogging and sweating your way through a 6am workout, setting yourself up for whatever the day brings, surrendering to the beats in your ears and the muscle pump.

Seeing and feeling your mental and physical progress is an unparalleled experience.

If you’re struggling with a structured plan at the gym, this PPL workout is for you.

PPL, short for push, pull, lower, offers an efficient three-day split to target all major muscle groups in less time than a traditional body part split.

This routine keeps my workouts fresh and flexible; I hit the gym 5x a week, so the PPL covers my targeted workouts.

For the extra two days I’ll fit in a sweaty cardio sesh (I love cardio - I don’t care what they say). The final day is reserved for an extra leg sesh because I want a peachy arse and one lower day a week isn’t going to cut it.

REMEMBER: stretch before and after, include a proper warm-up and warm-down. Hydrate and fuel correctly 🫡

When Chloe signed up for my program, she had two goals in mind: to see physical changes and to look fu***ng bangin for a hen do in May.

As a mum of two adorable nippers and one sizeable doggo, Chloe's hands are more than full.

Despite bumps in the road, she remained consistent.

The results speak for themselves.

Key Achievements in 8-Weeks:
✅ 7lb loss
✅ Integrated x4 physical activity sessions weekly - even when she couldn't be arsed (her own words)
✅ Learned nutrition and self-control

In 8 weeks, Chloe learned to build positive choices into her daily routine.

🚶‍♀️ She walks after taking her boy to school.
🍲 She tracks her calories to a T.
🏋️‍♀️ She pushes her comfort barriers to combat the exercise component to her plan.

With the kids, Chloe had to fit her plan around her lifestyle - her gym sessions begin AFTER 8.30pm.

Despite feeling intimidated by the gym environment, she persevered and achieved her original goals.

Chloe's journey is proof that a fitness plan goes beyond the superficial - it's a mental and physical transformation. I couldn't be prouder of her achievements. Smashed it 💪🏼

Here's what 8 weeks of discipline, adherence, persistence and consistency looks like.

Witness the transformative journey of Sam, who, just eight weeks ago, found himself at a crossroads in his fitness and nutrition journey.

Initially navigating a disjointed and inconsistent approach to exercise, Sam lacked the structure and understanding required to achieve his health goals. He felt demotivated and lost, and needed some guidance.

He made the bold decision to join my 8-week trial experience.

- First, find your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).
- Keeping a balance between your daily intake and TDEE means nothing changes. However, creating a deficit initiates weight loss.

⚫️ Creating a Caloric Deficit:

- Reduce calorific intake, I.e, the excess energy NOT consumed inches you closer to your body goals.

⚫️ Speedier Gains with Exercise:

- Exercise boosts calorie burn.
- Weight training builds muscle for long-term gains, while cardio burns calories in the moment. Each are important for health.

⚫️ Macronutrients as Allies:

- Protein builds and maintains muscle.
- Carbs fuel your workouts
- Fat plays a crucial role in optimal body function.

⚫️ Balance for Splurges and Goals:

- Enjoy occasional treats without derailing your progress - between calories burned and your deficit, you create a gateway for a weekly cheat meal.
