Yesterday evening has been an amazing for my colleagues and I as we met one of the most influencers in the United Kingdom from an Asian community background. His Excellency, Mr Mohammed Ajeeb CBE, former Lord Mayor of Bradford.

As you may have already noticed, my name is Imdad Hussain, also known as Imdad H. Khan Channar. I consider myself one of the most loved and blessed individuals this planet 🌍 has had the privilege to host. This realization fills me with both immense pride and deep humility.

I was born and raised on agricultural farmland in Pakistan 🇵🇰, which my father managed for private landlords. My father, Muhammad Ramzan, also known as Munshi Ramzan, made great sacrifices to ensure I received a good education. With the generous financial support of one of his employers, Raja Ghulam Hyder (Late), I was able to pursue my studies in Singapore 🇸🇬.

There, I completed the Certification of Competency for Marine Engineers and eventually became certified to sail as a Marine Engineer Officer in the Singapore Merchant Navy. I truly enjoyed my time at sea, serving aboard Singapore-flagged vessels. I was later sent to Glasgow Nautical College to prepare for further examinations to qualify for COC Class 2 (Senior Engineer Officer).

Since September 2002, I have been living in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, studying various subjects and working tirelessly to support my siblings. While I often miss sailing, life sometimes chooses us for roles far greater than our personal ambitions. And so, here I am—having served Her Majesty, the Queen of Hearts (RIP), for the past 21 years in the United Kingdom.

Currently, I am in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia 🇬🇪, where I have initiated the legal process of establishing a company. My primary focus is on the IT and consultancy sector, an area in which I have been actively working for the past 19 years in England 🏴.

I have successfully registered a Joint Stock Company in Georgia under the name:

IMDAD-Network International LLC

The core mission of this company is to provide consultancy services in the fields of Education, Innovation, Sustainability, and Integration, with a special focus on empowering youth—the future leadership of the country.

SMALL SCHOOLS
If parents really love their children, they will employ legislation and other means to establish small schools staffed with the right kind of educators; and they will not be deterred by the fact that small schools are expensive and the right kind of educators difficult to find.

The right kind of educator; who is concerned with the freedom of the individual, and not with his own preconceptions, he will help the children to discover that freedom by encouraging them to understand their own environment, their own temperament, their religious and family background, with all the influences and effects they can possibly have on them.

If there is love and freedom in the hearts of the teachers themselves, they will approach each student mindful of his/her needs and difficulties; and then they will not be mere automatons, operating according to methods and formulas, but spontaneous human beings, ever alert and watchful.
