Train alongside some of our Inspired instructors and students while improving your self defence knowledge, all for a great cause! 💪❤️

Who is the Inspired Fight Team for?

Any member, adult or child, who actively wants to compete. You don't need to be the finished article. You need the desire and the willingness to work.

The path is simple: train with the team at squad, hold the standard, and earn your place representing us at real competitions. You can do the Academy alongside your normal classes or instead of them. It's a step up, not a replacement.

First squad: Sunday 16 August, 2pm, Hampton. Bring the right attitude and we'll build the fighter.

The Summer Sizzler 2026 is back! 🔥

Take a look at some of the excitement from last years Summer Sizzler! We only intend to make it better this year!

From Open Martial Arts and BJJ classes, to community stalls, a bbq, character meet and greets, fun fitness challenges, beat the pokemon trainer, a tombola and so much more, this is the event to attend on the 15th August!

9am onwards, we are running this event for YOU! We want you to gather your friends and family, join the community event, and have FUN!

To make the day even better, we are raising money for the Tiny Tickers Charity once again!

You don't have to be the best in the room to join the Inspired Fight Team. You have to want it. If you're serious about competing at a higher level, there's a place for you.

This Day is open to ALL! This is your chance to train with friends! This is your chance to show your friends what we do!
This is your chance to bring your friends, and your family along to the dojo to CHECK US OUT!

We cannot wait!

Here is how the schedule for class based sessions will work;

😁 9am - Mini Heroes - A circuit of Mini Heroes Style Drills and Games, to showcase what we do!
😁 9.30am Little Heroes - A beginner style class for ages 4-6 years!
😁10.15am - Inspired Heroes - A beginner Style class for ages 7-12 years
😁 11am - Warriors and Road (Members, feel free to still attend your class as normal) Fun Padwork based style session for all ages.
😁 12pm - Showcasing Weapons and Kata, performing tricks and skills, and your chance to dabble!

PLUS our friends over on the Jujitsu Mats, will also be running free open mat sessions, to see what they are all about! 💪🤩
