A big thank you to our wonderful PTA for organising such a lovely Easter raffle, and to everyone who took part. Tyler was absolutely delighted to win a basket of Easter treats!

We are so proud of our Year 6 artists who took part in the Rotary Club of The Deepings of Art Competition, with their work proudly displayed in Deeping’s Tesco for the local community to enjoy.
A huge congratulations to Lacey, who won First Prize for her stunning self‑portrait inspired by Julian Opie and Andy Warhol, and to Enya, who also received a cash prize for her superb artwork. 👏
Well done too to Rosie, Evelyn and Joshua, who were awarded chocolate Easter eggs for their fantastic entries and the talent shown in their work.
An amazing achievement all round — well done, Year 6! 🌟

⚽️ What a treat for our school! Last week, we were delighted to welcome Peter Borrows from Peterborough United Football Club. Peter spoke to the children about an exciting upcoming match that children and a carer can attend for free - with full details coming soon via ParentMail.
The children loved celebrating some classic Peterborough goals and even had Peter (along with a few specially chosen teachers 👀💃 up dancing!

Year 1 and 2 have been exploring materials and their properties in Science 🧪🦸‍♂️
They tested which materials were strong, flexible, light and waterproof to choose the best fabric for a superhero teddy cape! The winning materials were plastic, paper towel, paper and felt - perfect for flying in the wind. The children loved designing and attaching their capes to their teddies 🧸✨

Parents and carers are invited to enjoy a picnic on the field with their child/ren before watching the children perform their dances. We’re sure it will be a lovely afternoon celebrating the children’s hard work and creativity. We hope to see you there!

We were delighted to welcome Molly the into the Hubble last week. The children loved spending time with her and were excited by her visit.
Molly helped create a calm and happy atmosphere, supporting children’s wellbeing. We hope to welcome her back again soon!
