Great to complete another Indian cooking course at the City College, Peterborough, the learners were amazing, finished and celebrated with a Feast. Happy Cooking..

Had a good evening cooking at the City College Peterborough. We made fresh Naan bread and Coconut Rice, together with Chicken Bhuna and Keema peas, delicious feast... great group always a pleasure sharing the cooking experience.

Tonight, it was 3rd week of the 6 week Indian cooking experience course at City College Peterborough.

The Learners cooked Chicken Karai and Aubergine and peas curry (Bengan Bhirtha) with some amazing outcomes.

It was great to get back to the classroom after the lockdown with all very enthusiastic learners, sharing our Indian cooking experience.
On the Menu was how to make your own kebabs and chana dhal.. had a fab evening.
