Today at Peebles High School DYW some of the pupils were learning about how to manage their finances. St. James's Place Blair Drever gave us some great activities to get us thinking about how to save. It was really informative and useful. Thank you Blair. PHS Parents

Yesterday I was lucky enough to be invited to the Foundation Apprenticeship event at Borders College. The hospitality students provided us with a delicious afternoon tea. I came away with a lovely handmade dish, which I won in the raffle. I love it and the colours are my favourite. Thank you. PHS Parents

Today I was lucky enough to be invited to the FA Hospitality Schools event taking place taking place at The Restaurant BBorders College There is another event on 23rd of March from 13:30 – 15:00.
The event is fundraising money for Cash for Kids and Borders Pet rescue. Raffles, Tombola’s and guess how may sweets in a jar. I thoroughly recommend it.

Following on from a very successful Scottish Apprenticeship Week Peebles High School DYW we have now started to create faculty boards with live apprenticeship vacancies posted. There is also information about Foundation Apprenticeship courses you can take whilst still at school. Thank you for your support.
