I’ve officially completed my CPD course for the LifeVac! This life-saving tool is a vital backup, but it doesn't replace the basics. It should only be used after standard first aid (slaps/thrusts) has failed and 999 has been called.
​I'm a firm believer in prevention first—sitting down to eat, avoiding food in the car, and careful portion sizing are my top priorities to ensure I never have to take this device out of the box.
Always if any one if thinking of purchasing one of these, ensure it is the genuine article and not a counterfeit.
