đź’ˇ Good patient care starts with understanding where your patient is.

You might have years of experience and a deep understanding of chiropractic, but your patient is starting from a completely different place.

The key is knowing what they need from you at each stage, rather than trying to give them everything at once.

Build their understanding over time. Meet them where they are, give them room to learn, and let the journey develop naturally.

That’s how you keep patients engaged without overwhelming them.

If you want to explore more about creating a stronger patient journey, join me for The Patient Journey - Framing Care, Table Talk and Results on Thursday 27th August at 8pm.

📏 Progress needs to be measured, not assumed.

Regular reviews give you and your patient the chance to step back from the day-to-day visits and look at the bigger picture.

What has changed? What hasn't? Are they where you expected them to be?

These checkpoints keep the patient engaged with their progress and give you the opportunity to make informed decisions about what happens next.

A review shouldn't just be another appointment. It should have a purpose.

This is one of the areas we'll be exploring in The Patient Journey - Framing Care, Table Talk and Results on Thursday 27th August at 8pm. Secure your place: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE

đź’ˇ Being a good chiropractor isn't about telling patients what they want to hear.

It's about having the confidence to make a clear recommendation, explain why you believe it's right for them, and let them make their own decision from there.

That balance between guidance and patient choice is an important part of building trust throughout the patient journey.

I'll be exploring this and more in The Patient Journey - Framing Care, Table Talk and Results on Thursday 27th August at 8pm. Secure your place: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE

đź’ˇ Sometimes, the most powerful communication is the simplest.

As chiropractors, it's easy to think we need to explain more, say more, and fill every silence. But patients don't always need more information, they need clear and confident communication.

The Patient Journey is shaped by every interaction, including the everyday adjustment visit.

When your message is concise, your patients are more likely to understand it, trust it, and remember it.

That's where better communication begins.

Join me on Thursday 27th August at 8pm for The Patient Journey webinar, where we'll explore the small changes that can make a big difference to your patient experience: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE
