Utterly humbled and thoroughly spoiled!!

Not quite there yet, and I'm clinging on to the last couple of days of my 40's with my finger nails 🫣.

Showing up for you all week after week to be faced with your perseverance and determination has helped me deal with so many curveballs that life has thrown at me.

Through the good days, the not so good days, the damn awful days, the laughs, the tears, the moans, groans, aches and pains, the excuses, the lectures, together we have grown stronger in mind, body and spirit and will continue to do so.

A heartfelt thank you to all of you πŸ₯°πŸ™πŸ«ΆπŸ»

P.S there were cakes and a couple of lovely balloons too, but whoever tied them wasn't a girl guide or boy scout, and so they've gone to join their friends at the place in the sky where all the lost balloons play together 🎈🎈🀣

Have you got the bells for it?

Tonight's swingers showed up for themselves and were on πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ smashing Monday into oblivion!! So much so that they steamed up the mirrors.

If you're still looking to find that place where you belong, give it a try, it may just be the place you've been looking for.

I truly love training with Kettlebells and have done so for many years. They're so versatile and have many benefits for many disciplines.
