Q. What/Who is the Wolfson Chocolate Fairy? Ans. Q. Yes!
The Wolfson Chocolate Fairy is quite adamant about keeping their identity a secret! They work in association with Wolfson’s Welfare Officers to provide frequent stress relief to college members. They visit Wolfson twice a year (Michaelmas Term and Trinity Term) during which college members can request them to send chocolates (or plushies) to their friends/colleagues. Can I send chocolates to my fr
iends/colleagues outside Wolfson? Unfortunately no! This service is only limited to Wolfson members only. Furthermore, although any Wolfson member can submit requests as a sender, but the recipients can only be Wolfies that are resident on-site at Wolfson (preferred) or are currently resident in Oxford city (not recommended but allowed). Wolfson members who live outside Oxford should not be sent any chocolates/plushies through the Chocolate Fairy. Will I need to pay for the chocolates that I request for others? Not at all! The Wolfson Chocolate Fairy does not require any payments! Can I send some chocolates, candies, and/or plushies to myself? The Chocolate Fairy encourages you to use their service to send little treats to other people, up to 4 of your friends or colleagues at Wolfson. But if you are in need of a little self-love, feel free to send yourself one order of chocolate/candy or plushie from your four allocated orders. This will still allow you to treat up to three other Wolfies! Please do not request more than 4 orders. I am concerned about the well-being of a fellow Wolfson student and I think it will take more than chocolates to make them feel better. Can you provide guidance?
