Huge congratulations to William, Krystal and Zijun whom all lifted on the international stage this week at bench worlds in Warsaw!
Not only did both Will and Zijun have all 3/3 good lifts, but Zijun was 2nd in her class and Krystal was 5th. Absolutely insane performances all round!

congratulations to all our athletes who have competed recently!!! Whether it be on the national or regional stage, this last week (or so) in particular has seen some HUGE lifts and amazing performances from both our current members and ouplc alumni!

A huge well done to all our athletes who competed last weekend and a special thank you to all their handlers too. You all did ouplc incredibly proud! Looking forward to BLEEDING DARK BLUE and some more MASSIVE PRs once again next year 👀💙

From the 24th - 27th of April these incredible athletes shall be in Nottingham, competing and representing OUPLC at BUCS!

Please do tune in live to support them (livestream links will be posted on stories day of) with morning lift off at 9am and afternoon sessions starting at either 1pm or 4pm.
