EIT Tops Out! 🎉
Yesterday, we celebrated reaching the highest point of construction on our new EIT Oxford campus, with a topping out ceremony at Littlemore House.
Together with Foster + Partners, Ridge, and Laing O'Rourke, we gathered to admire the traditional crane pass of a fir tree high in the sky. This is a symbol of growth and continuity, marking the inspiring moment the structure is complete and the focus shifts to bringing the building to life. 🏗️ 🌲
Our new campus is rising as a launchpad for ideas, innovation and collaboration. Due to complete in 2027, it will support science at scale: autonomous laboratories, shared learning environments and spaces designed to turn discovery into real-world impact.
Memories made!

🌎 💪 Celebrating an incredible achievement by Ami Hodges!
Our Operations Manager for the Materials and Devices for Life Sciences Institute at EIT, Ami Hodges, has absolutely smashed it at the World Championships Triathlon in Australia!
Alongside her exceptional work at EIT, Ami trained for this highly demanding event - and her hard work paid off in remarkable style. She finished 6th in the world in her age category (out of approximately 291 million women globally) and was the top-placed GBR athlete.
