This week we hear from Tim Lewis, our Marketing and Communications Director at Inspired Market Research.
I have been a market researcher since I joined AC Neilson 32 years ago.

I have been married for 31 years (yes I know she deserves a medal). We have 3 wonderful children (including twins) who have all flown the nest now, and crossed the border to England to pursue their careers.
By contrast I have always lived in Wales, in fact I only live a few miles from where I was born, which leads me on to an interesting fact. I was born on the site of the 5 star Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, where golf's prestigious Ryder Cup was held in 2010. The old manor house used to be a maternity hospital back in the 60s (oops giving away my age now).
Another interesting fact is that I won a 18K car in a National Newspaper competition back in the 90s which goes to prove that ordinary people do win these things.
I am sports mad and derive so much pleasure from watching Manchester United, Glamorgan cricket and Welsh rugby.
I don't take life too seriously as nobody get out alive anyway.

Today is a sad day for the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth as we see HRH Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh laid to rest. Everybody at Inspired Market Research would like to send condolences to the Royal Family on this sad day.
