This is Tracey. She was one of my first clients to sign up for 1 to 1 PT Sessions. I have been working with Tracey since June 2020. Her goal was to lose weight and get fitter.
I’m happy to say that so far on her journey, she has lost a total of 5 stone, gained confidence and her fitness has improved a lot.
I helped her to understand how to track calories and to do steady state cardio. This is where Tracey was advised to go on daily walks to burn calories.
Tracey's goal now is to lose more weight and to start toning. As Tracey was one of my first clients, it's fantastic to see such amazing results after doing weekly sessions with me in the gym. She has done so well and I am looking forward to carrying on helping with her journey.

Here is a clip from my clients session from the other night.
Charlie’s goals is to lose weight, gain strength and build muscle. He has started playing football 2 to 3 times a week and also started cycling to work to help with he’s cardio and working with me to build he’s strength.
With the gym being new to him we are starting off focusing on upper body at the moment. As Charlie progressive over time we start doing an lower body day.

Here is a short clip from my client Lee doing an awesome job in the HIIT session from the other night. Lee’s goal is to lose weight and drop body fat so we are focusing on some HIIT style training. In this clip I have Lee doing:
Press ups for 10 reps straight to
Jump squats for 10 reps then to finish off do 10 calories on the rowing machine. We were doing 3 rounds with a 1 minute rest each round.
