So I just wanted to post about something that I have been thinking about and working with a lot recently..........
Why were we never shown how to take care of our energetic health?
Every single thing that exists does so because of energy!
When we first read that it can sound a bit out there, a bit wishy washy, spiritual, wacky or bizarre, if we really get down to the bones of it; it is fact EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS DOES SO BECAUSE OF ENERGY! !
Science tells us so, the sun, the moon, the grass, a tree, a star, the entire animal kingdom, the earth, the universe, a cloud, a plant, an insect, everything is energy.
Everything is vibrating atoms, chemicals, molecules. Pure energy, we are energy and our bodies are pure energy and when we become ill or feel unwell it is often because our own system is out of balance, and we are drawing on our own life force instead of drawing from the infinite supply of life energy that is always available to us.
We enter into energetic exchanges every day….
Whether that be with your boss who shouts at you, the lady across the road who wants to talk for twenty minutes even though you’re in a rush, the girl that constantly over talks you, the crowded train where there is no room for physical boundaries and personal space. We are in a constant energetic exchange with others on a daily basis but do we really recognise the impact that this can have on our wellbeing?
What if we could see this energy leaving us and going to others, or leaving others and entering us after that disagreement, miscommunication or biting of the tongue? Would we think differently about it?
Perhaps you can relate to this, for example when entering an unhealthy communication feeling drained or exhausted. This is because your energy is being exchanged and perhaps depleted.
What if we could see all the thoughts, feelings and emotions of others?
These are real life living things! Every thought and feeling of every human on this planet all swirling round us as energy. And when we direct our attention and awareness to theirs or them to us we send and receive energy to and from one another. This has been proved in many scientific experiments. So surely it makes sense that we should be TAKING SERIOUS NOTICE OF OUR ENERGETIC HEALTH.
You brush your teeth every day?
We eat well, exercise, keep good physical health, meditate, journal daily, keep good mental health, we balance and reflect upon our emotions and our emotional health, and we openly and freely discuss this in society. We rarely hear our energetic health discussed in the same ways; and when we do it is often associated with more spiritual aspects, not scientific. Yet science itself says everything is energy?
So why are we not taught to care for our energy in the same way we are our body and mind? Why are the simple tools we can use to do this not so widely or readily available to us?
So what if we took our energetic health as seriously as we do our mental and physical health?
Well I can speak from both personal experience and experience of supporting hundreds of young people and adults and it really can make a HUGE difference and improve your health and wellbeing in all areas.
So I would STRONGLY advise you to build in an energetic health care routine and notice the difference it can make for you. And this is not something that is going to take a huge amount of time and effort using the practices and exercises I have shared, this can effortlessly become a new way of being for you.
