We've had a great start to the final half term of the year and seen some fabulous resilience and hard work from the children. A big well done to this week's award winners and VIPs!

What an incredible way to end the half term – we’re delighted to share that we are in the top 10% of FFT Educationschools in England for attendance!

Being in school every day plays such an important role in helping children develop confidence, build strong foundations and make the most of every learning opportunity.

This achievement reflects the continued commitment of our amazing staff and the support of our families - thank you for working together to give our children the very best start.

Our Year 1 and Year 2 children had a wonderful visit to a local mosque yesterday as part of their RE learning. They enjoyed a guided tour of the prayer rooms and classrooms, learned about the Five Pillars of Islam, and listened to a reading from the Qur’an. The children asked thoughtful questions and thoroughly enjoyed this valuable learning experience.

Slazenger Sports Club (WF4 5BH) are offering a free Tennis Open Day this Sunday 10 May, 2-4pm. This a great opportunity for juniors and adults to try out some coaching and see their facilities. Clubspark / Slazenger Sports & Social Club / Coaching / Summary The Slazenger Tennis Club Open Day is a great opportunity for juniors and adults to try out some free coaching. Families and adults can also come down to the tennis club to have a knock around with each other. All equipment is provided all you need to do is turn up in your sports gear and trainers.....
