for providing our children a with a fantastic opportunity over the last 7 weeks. The children have enjoyed playing cricket and learning all about the sport and the skills needed to play.

Please do feel free to send your child into school in their own clothes next week if this would be a cooler option than wearing school uniform.

Please also be assured that we will be preparing for the hot weather forecast with many 'keep cool' measures to keep your children as cool, hydrated and as comfortable as possible.

So proud of our instrumentalists and choir performing tonight at the Fairfield Halls. Here is a photo from earlier today, shortly before rehearsals! The concert hall is beginning to fill, and we just know they’re going to be amazing!

What an amazing day the children of Blenheim had at the Blenheim PSA Summer Inflatables afternoon. A huge thank you to Mrs Hagues and the PSA who were so generous with their time in organising this wonderful event! ⁦‪‬⁩

For those who don’t follow us on Twitter, Miss Williams needed a shout out for all of her wonderful work and efforts in creating an amazing Sports Week for the children at Blenheim which culminated in today’s Sports Day. Well done Miss Williams!

What a fantastic Sports Day for KS1. Everyone is having a well-deserved break. Thank you to all the families grown-ups who also came along to celebrate the finale in our week long sporting celebrations!

Yesterday, children and grown-ups across the school dressed up as an Inspirational Sports Person, they also bought in a selection of trophies and medals to share and celebrate with the rest of the school. We are so proud of each and every one of you!

On Tuesday this week, we were visited by John V. Powell MBE He hosted a whole school assembly and shared his sporting life and achievements and the children even got to hold the Olympic Flame he ran with in the 2012 London Olympics!
