Some wonderful feedback from one of the Parents who attended our 'More than picky' behavioural feeding workshop last night. We are passionate about supporting families and so we're very happy to hear such a positive review:
"I attended the More than Picky workshop run by Debra and Claire. I was very apprehensive before attending this workshop as I have a lot of parental anxiety around feeding and mealtimes with my son which are starting to have a negative effect on our family. Debra and Claire were so welcoming and created a safe environment where we could discuss our concerns without fear of judgement.
Debra not only has a wealth of knowledge around the SOS approach to feeding but she too had a picky eater and could empathise with us.
I feel like the workshop was a true lightbulb moment for me – I have come away with so much helpful information and feel empowered to change the way we approach feeding and mealtimes in our home. As Debra says "food is fun" and I'm looking forward to making sure it is in our family!" ☺️
Busy day delivering training today! Amy and Nicky were in a secondary school delivering an interactive workshop around a pupil's EHCP support as part of their staff inset training day. Debra and Claire were working late this evening delivering the 'More than picky' behavioural feeding workshop in our Clinic base. Lots of great feedback all round!
Last chance to book on our interactive 'more than picky' feeding workshop tomorrow evening in our clinic base. Come along and learn about the steps to eating, why some children struggle to eat a range of foods and how to support them to increase the number of foods in their repertoire. Constipation is a problem for 1 in 3 children. It commonly starts around the potty training stage and can also affect babies.
It is a medical problem that needs treating properly to stop it getting worse. Constipation won’t go away by itself.
👀 Keep an eye out for daily posts this week, talking about the common causes, the signs to look out for and how to relieve constipation in your child.
