This hits differently after summer. 🤍

I’ve had the most amazing time with my kids, and it’s made me think about how important it is to create a life you actually love coming back to.

When I was 19, I made a choice.

I chose to follow my dreams.
I chose to take a chance on myself.
I chose to build something of my own, even when I had no idea where it would lead.

And I’m so grateful I did.

Because now, when the holidays are over and it’s time to get back to work, I’m not wishing I was somewhere else.

I genuinely LOVE what I do.

Not because it’s always easy — but because I created a career around something I believed in.

And ultimately, I want my kids to see that.

I want them to grow up knowing that you don’t have to settle for a life you’re unhappy with. That you can take a risk, back yourself and build something that makes you excited to get up in the morning.

We always say we want our kids to be happy.

But maybe one of the best ways we can teach them how to be happy is by showing them what it looks like to love the life we’ve created. ✨

At 19, I chose to follow my dreams.

I’d make that choice all over again. 🤍

It’s actually WILD how many of these we’ve just accepted as completely normal in this industry 😂

Like replying to clients at 10pm, expecting yourself to be amazing at a treatment after doing it once, spending thousands on new devices but feeling guilty investing in your own knowledge… then wondering why you feel overwhelmed or behind.

And the worst part?

Instagram makes it SO easy to think everybody else has it figured out.

They don’t.

Most Practitioners are learning as they go, asking questions, making mistakes, building confidence, setting better boundaries and figuring out what actually works for them and their clinic.

You do not need to know everything.
You do not need to be available 24/7.
And you definitely do not need to have your entire business figured out before you’re allowed to feel like you’re doing a good job 🤍

Watching women learn a skill, back themselves & start making real money from it?? Yeah I’ll never get bored of that 🥹

I’ve watched students go from complete beginners to building fully booked diaries, adding new income streams and finally feeling like they’ve found something that’s theirs 😭

That will ALWAYS be the bit I love most.

Because when you teach a woman a skill she can build a career from, it goes SOOOO much further than the training day.

There comes a point where doing the same forehead, frown & crow’s feet on repeat just isn’t cutting it anymore 😭

You’ve been doing Bot*x long enough to know you’re capable of more. Your clients trust you, your technique is solid… but the second someone asks for something outside those basic 3 areas, suddenly you’re questioning yourself again.

You’ve probably watched other Practitioners doing advanced techniques. You’ve saved the videos. You might’ve even thought “I know I could do that” 👀

But knowing something exists & actually feeling confident enough to assess a REAL face, choose the right points and inject without someone stood next to you are two very different things.

Especially when you work alone and there’s nobody there to say, “Yep, that’s exactly what I’d do.” 🙌🏼

That’s why my Advanced Bot*x Training isn’t about sitting in a classroom watching me inject all day.

You’ll spend the day working on real faces, making real clinical decisions & learning 10+ advanced injection points that allow you to offer so much more than the same basic 3 areas.

So when a client asks for something different, you don’t have to blag your way through the conversation, tell them you don’t offer it or go home and start Googling 🤣

You’ll actually know what you’re looking at, what you can offer & WHY you’re choosing that treatment plan.
