In this class you will learn hands on how to make Lemon meringue pie. 🍋and Raspberry and almond tart.
i will also demo a Strawberry and elderflower pavlova. 🍓with my elderflower cordial from my very own elderflower bush.

🙂Also in this class I am going to demo how easy it is to make all sugars, castor, Icing and brown sugar from granulated which both is convenient and more economical

Break Week for Irish Classes!!!

No Irish class this Thursday at 7.30, however instead we have Maeve from Maeve’s Kitchen doing a cooking demonstration class. We have a few spots available to the wider community if anyone would like to attend.
