Lest we Forget 🌺

Yesterday, we had the most beautiful day!
We were able to visit our local Hindu Temple and learn all about Diwali, the festival of light. We even attempted our own rangoli patterns when we returned to nursery and tried some traditional Indian snacks.
Thank you to the wonderful volunteers for taking the time to show us around - we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

After a brilliant turnout for our summer camp, we are back again for October half term holiday club for children aged 5-8 years old.
This will include
•trips to the local community
•mini farmers at Cockfields farm
• access to the Halloween event on the farm
• DEN building and roasting marshmallows on the fire plus more!

We only have limited places available. We are working on a first come first serve basis so be quick if you don’t want to miss out!

Dates are as followed:
Monday 24th- Friday 28th of October

Summer Camp have been busy

Farmlife Festival yesterday, Hartshead Pike today

Process art is exactly what it sounds like- it’s all about the process and not at all about the finished product.

Children enjoy experimenting with art media and found objects, exploring and combining all the different materials.

Here, children build up their physical skill and imagination without the pressure of their masterpieces having to look a certain way 🎨

Here, at Little Forest Farmers, we all contribute towards taking care of our chickens 🐓 🐥
