Lots of STEAM projects happening all day on 1st August at Bolsover Castle.

Artists, Observatory, Luminarium for all ages!

I'll be there with some nature activities. Come and help me create a nature dress for Margaret Cavendish.

This monumental and interactive walk-in sculpture designed by Alan Parkinson has astounded audiences across the globe, offering a dazzling maze of winding paths and soaring domes where visitors can happily lose themselves. Margaret Cavendish was inspired by the natural senses, and this installation awakens them all to create wonder and enchantment for all ages.

Entry to Luminarium Daedalite is included in your admission but a time slot must be booked in advance. You can book your time slot along with your admission to the event via our website.

I was surprised with a gift of an insect house and card today from a class. Words are the most heartwarming gift i could ever receive.
The thought, the effort and appreciation shown to me today has really made my year.

Be Kind is always my motto and it really was shown in abundance today. 🥰
