Probably, yes. Let us explain: time is the value of life. And we've got a limited amount of it. Hence why it's so crucial that we use our for things that matter, to us.

Number one regret of the dying is not having lived a life true to themselves.
Or, as Harley Davidson put it, "When writing the story of your life, don’t let anyone else hold the pen"
We sometimes live our lives ruled by what others would think or wish for us, we have been conditioned to fit in, instead of belonging. Living in accordance with your values and priorities may feel daunting at first, and sure enough, you will find people along the way that question or don't align with your life choices. Hence why it is so important to discover what matters to you, what matters to you the most and why.
The question is not will this disappoint others, the question is will this dissapoint myself? Will this make me feel better or happier? True belonging comes from alignment, with ourselves and with our environment, not because we fake who we are to fit in, but becuase we accept ourselves and are accepted by others. And with this comes freedom, empowerment and confidence.
