Huge congratulations to Zack Yeomans on winning his first-ever boxing bout by unanimous decision and taking home the UBL Gorman belt! 👏🔥

A massive thank you to Lloyd for helping train Zack and cornering him on the night, and to Ryan, his strength & conditioning coach, for getting him into fantastic shape. 💪

One year of Bradley’s boxing journey 🥊

Bradley is autistic and lives with anxiety, and it’s been brilliant to see his confidence grow alongside his boxing skills.

A lot of credit goes to his coach, Mason. He’s calm, patient and encouraging, and he makes every session fun while helping Bradley keep progressing.

Bag drills for everyone, competitive sparring for the lads preparing for the UBL, then circuits to finish. Plenty of hard work and a great team atmosphere throughout.
