*BUCS 2025 Entry Information*

Entries are live!!!

Due to venue change BUCS information is slightly different this year.

We have 4 pitches this year so until further notice and work on the pitches there will be 3 league Women’s League, A league and B league.

Camping is also not included this year!
Since it would double ticket price for entry however you can book camping at the venue (Spring Lakes) by either going to their website or contacting them at [email protected].

Information regarding scrutineering will be released closer to the time but will most likely be done Friday evening to free up more playing time on the Saturday.

There will also be a refs course held on Friday the 2nd of May at the spring lakes venue, more information on that will come in the following weeks.

As per usual
- Up to 8 players per team
- Up to 3 female players can play A’s championship but not both leagues!
- Qualified ref is needed for A’s and Women's championship
- Group stage followed by knockout

Changes
- BUCS will randomise the groups
- Seeding will be done after the first day by points, goal difference, goals for and cards for positioning for the knockout round

Pitches are in varying states of construction however we believe it should all be sorted by the time BUCS is ongoing.

Any questions feel free to reach out for any questions

*BUCS 2024 Entry Information*

Entries go live in 2 days!!

Due to the flood damage we're running BUCS slightly differently this year!

We currently have 3 pitches and will have 4 by the time of the event, as opposed to the regular 5 meaning that we may have to limit the number of teams entered. Men's and Women's championship entries will be guaranteed however Bs will work on a first come first serve basis so get your entries in quick! We hope to run a full league (up to 16) however won't know if this is feasible until we know how many teams enter in the other 3 leagues. There will be no oldies league unfortunately.

Camping is also not included this year!
Since we have to book the field in full, with a reduced expected number of teams we cannot afford to include this in the entry package without extremely increasing costs. As a result, entry fees will be £200 per team rather than the £300 that we had planned. You will still be able to book camping pitches at the HPP campsite however this just won't be through ourselves (we are trying to get a discount code so hang tight!).

Information regarding scrutineering will be released closer to the time but will most likely be done Friday evening to free up more playing time on the Saturday.
We are also in talks with a ref course provider about putting on a course Friday 19th just before the event.

As per usual
- Up to 8 players per team
- Up to 3 female players can play men's championship but not both leagues!
- Qualified ref is needed for Men's and Women's championship
- Group stage followed by knockout

Changes
- BUCS will randomise the groups
- Seeding will be done after the first day by points, goal difference, goals for and cards for positioning for the knockout round

Again we will be working on pitch maintenance over the next couple of months and will update you once we know more!

Any questions feel free to reach out to any of the following

Zac Hayward - Pitch maintenance
