This weeks stars of the week are Harriet & Koko congrats and well done to everyone who came to last Friday nights session!

🤩 A Big thank you to those Netzfit girls who were at the Panthers / Rhinos NXT Gen game yesterday supporting Head Coach Meg in the last game of the season 👏

Persistence and hard work pays off - let’s go Meg - starting 7 ! 👏🏻👏🏻

🏐 Last game of the NXT Gen season for Coach Meg and her Birmingham Panthers Team with a short trip up the M1 to play Leeds Rhinos at the Canon Medical Arena 🏐

Good luck from Team Netzfit and we look forward to seeing some of our South Yorkshire athletes at the game 👊🏻

The Netzfit Yr 6-7 half day Camp on Monday was also a 🌞 hot one, however, the girls had a great time and players of the day were Maddison & Alice, 👏🏻 well done girls and also to all that attended the camp 🏐🏐

🌞🕶️ Due to the extreme heat yesterday, our camp had to be adapted for less on court play and therefore for an hour the girls enjoyed a nutrition session with Coach Meg and made their own protein bars.

It was a bit of a light bulb moment for many 💡 understanding how to fuel the body correctly.
