Over the last few months, we've been working on a brand-new Corporate Wellbeing App and I'm so excited that we'll finally be sharing all the details in our latest Corporate Wellbeing Newsletter on Tuesday!

Our aim has been really simple: make wellbeing easier for employees to access, wherever they're working.

One of the biggest frustrations I hear from women in their 40s and 50s is that they feel like they're doing all the right things but not seeing the same results they used to.

The truth?

Perimenopause changes the game a little.

It is so easy to feel like your body is working against you during perimenopause. You might even think your changing hormones are magically creating body fat out of thin air!

But here is the massive truth bomb: your hormones do not directly cause weight gain.

Instead, they trigger a frustrating cycle of broken sleep, zero energy, and intense food noise that completely changes your daily behaviour. When you are shattered, making healthy choices feels ten times harder! 🤯

The brilliant news? Weight loss is absolutely still achievable. You just have to stop fighting your body and focus on the things you can control.

By adding strength training to your routine, eating enough protein, and moving your body, you protect your metabolism and get your confidence back. You've got this! 💪

Today’s the day.

Tonight, the doors close and we’ll be getting everything ready to welcome our new Rebooters tomorrow 🥹💜

One of our Squaddies shared this win on our group recently and it stopped me in my tracks…

After living with exercise-induced asthma since she was 23, she went 13 days without needing her inhaler, at 59! Amazing!!

Sometimes the biggest wins aren't the ones we can see in the mirror.

They're the moments where you realise your body is coping better with everyday life.

Walking feels easier.

Stairs don't leave you out of breath.

You recover quicker.

You feel stronger.

You trust your body a little bit more.

The scales won't tell you that.
A progress photo won't show you that.

But these are often the wins that matter most!! 💜
