Long Eaton Rugby Club is running a free six-week rugby taster programme, starting on Sunday 26th July. Training takes place every Sunday from 10:30am to 11:30am and is open to complete beginners as well as boys who have played before.

The sessions are non-contact, fun and led by qualified RFU coaches.

Training takes place at:

West Park Clubhouse
West Park
Long Eaton
Nottingham
NG10 4AA

Over the six weeks, boys will have the opportunity to:

Try rugby in a friendly environment
Meet new friends from local schools
Build confidence and stay active over the summer
Learn the basics before the new rugby season begins

All they need is trainers, comfortable sports clothing and a drink!
