Great day on Saturday taking part in the Race to the Castle in Nottingam! 166 paddlers took on 40km in a very tiresome headwind! I battled on my touring board and came in 6th woman, 46th overall!! Well done everyone!

Race day at Fowley river canoe club! Great day, too many hard boards, but happy with my time of 1.17mins for 8.8km! Need more river practise!!!

Thelma and Louise tour - day 7
Final day today! We travelled the last section of Loch Tay today and slthough we woke to rain, the weather improved and the wind was kind! Cracked and and got finished early which meant we got a head start on the journey home! High winds and rain accompanied us but we returned home in one piece and to some very waggy dogs!!!
