Tour one of our Children’s care homes!

All of our homes are really lively homes and this one’s no exception!

We often get asked why we post our homes on social media and the reason is because we want to help change the misconception about children’s homes and educate about what our homes are like and what working in one of them involves because we are always looking for great people to join our team!

Often we hear that they can be not very nice and while we know not every home is the same, we know we put so much love and care into making our homes safe spaces for our kids to thrive!

We never show our kids, anything that would identify them or their location. We just show some snippets of the home to show what a real care home looks like 🥰

At total care matters we make sure our support workers have all the tools they need to provide the best care for our kids.

Whether it’s training you up or having our in house dramatherapist Emily there to talk to, we make sure all of our staff are as looked after as our kids 🥰

We are so lucky to have the most beautiful views we get to look at every day!

It's so peaceful for both the kids and us staff and is especially great during these heatwaves to have such a big outdoor space to do activities all day!

We have many members of staff who have started working with us and worked their way up to seniors, managers, head office, there really is no ceiling to where TCM can take you!
